Entering to Order
For entering our Order of Friars Minor you need documents as:
· A request about an admition to the Order, written by your own hand
· A short autobiography
· The copy of certificate of birth
· The certificate of st. Baptism, distributed by the paraphy
· The certificate of confirmation (the sign on the certificate of Baptism)
· The Last School certificate (the diploma about full secondary education)
· The Last Certificate of religious school from Last year of studying
· The characteristic of the urgent
· The Medical certificate of health
· An agreement from the parents about entering the Order and that they wouldn’t demand financial help
· The Fill form, received in the Curia of Custodia
· For the entering our Order you are to be 18 years old
· Those persons who begin practing Catholic religion, must practing religion during 5 years
The spirit formation begins in the postulat. The Postulat it is the time, when the candidat congnite the Order, the founded of the Order – St. Francis of Assisi, customs of the Order, the way of life and activity. Nowadays postulat is situated in Shepetivka, Chmelnitsky region and go on one year. After the postulat the candidat enter the noviciat. After entering the noviciat the candidat become the member of the Order, but he doesn’t have all privileges. At the end of the noviciat, which last 1 year the friars resign their first vows.
During the noviciat the friars wear Franciscans clothes – brown habit and string. Nowadays the noviciat is situated in Baranivka, Zhytomirska region.
After noviciat the Friars who wanted to be the priest, continue their formation in the Seminary. Brothers (monks) continue their formation in youngionate.
High Seminary is situated in Poland, Kalvalia Zebzydovska, near Krakov. The education go on 6 years.
The friars serve their life to the God by means of eternal vows, which resigned after 4-5 years after first vows. After resigning eternal vows the friars become the member of the order. Before resigning eternal vows the friars can left the Order.

The lines from the text on the picture were taken from the hymns or from the prayers of St. Francis. Read them. Francis wrote them, looking at the environment. He found the hand of the God in everything.
